Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the Wasool software-as-a-service platform ("the Service") operated by Sree Selvanaayakki Amman Cables & Internet Services. By registering for a trial or paid subscription you agree to the following:

• Subscription & trial. New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with all features. After the trial, continued use requires an active subscription (Basic, Plus, or Pro). Prices are listed on the pricing page.
• Billing. Subscriptions are billed in advance monthly or annually (annual plans include 2 months free). Service runs until the end of the period paid for; there is no auto-renewal charge without your confirmation.
• Your data. You retain ownership of all customer, payment, and business records you enter. You may export your data at any time. If your subscription lapses, your data is retained in read-only mode and remains exportable.
• Acceptable use. The Service is for lawful cable TV / broadband operator business use only. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for messages (WhatsApp/SMS) you send through the platform.
• Customer messaging. Message delivery depends on third parties (WhatsApp, SMS gateways). We queue and deliver on a best-effort basis and are not liable for messages blocked or delayed by those providers.
• Payments collected through the platform. When your customers pay you online, funds move directly to your payment gateway account. Wasool does not hold or process your customers' money.
• Availability. We aim for high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in-app where practical.
• Termination. You may cancel at any time; use continues until the paid period ends. We may suspend accounts for non-payment or abuse of the platform.
