Sree Selvanaayakki Amman Cables & Internet Services operates the Wasool platform. This policy explains what data we handle and why.

• What we collect. Operator account details (business name, owner name, phone, email) and the customer/billing records operators enter into the platform to run their business.
• How it is used. To provide the Service: authentication, billing, customer management, receipts/reminders you choose to send, and support.
• We do not sell your data. We do not sell or rent operator or end-customer personal information to third parties.
• Processors we rely on. Cloud hosting, payment gateways (Razorpay), and messaging providers (WhatsApp) — engaged only to deliver the Service.
• Online payments. Card/UPI credentials are handled by the PCI-compliant payment gateway; we never store them.
• Data retention & export. Business data is retained while your account is active or in read-only hold, and is exportable on request.
• Access & correction. Account holders may review and update their details in-app; end customers may request corrections through their operator.
