Cancellation Policy

How to cancel your Wasool subscription — and what happens next.

• Cancel any time. Contact us at selvanayakiammancables@gmail.com or +91 77085 51139 with your account name. There is no lock-in and no cancellation fee.
• Until when it works. The service stays fully active until the end of the period you have already paid for (month or year).
• No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a paid period; we encourage cancelling near your renewal date.
• Your data is safe. After cancellation your account moves to read-only mode and remains exportable for 90 days, so you can take your customer and payment records with you. After 90 days data is deleted.
• Downgrade instead? You can move to a lower tier at renewal instead of cancelling — all your data and features carry over.
