Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Free trial first. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial — no card needed — so you can evaluate before paying.
• Cancellation. Cancel any time; the Service stays available until the end of the paid period. No further charges are raised.
• Subscription fees. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started, except in case of a billing error.
• Billing errors. Charged incorrectly (e.g. duplicate charge)? Contact us within 7 days — verified errors are refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
• End-customer payments. Payments your customers make to you are between you and them; refund requests from your customers are handled by you (or jointly with your payment gateway).
